Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jörg Balters, Münsterstr. 388, 40470 Düsseldorf, Germany, service@techpirat.de, phone: +49 211 41849683) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the form on this page. If you use this online option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay, including the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has already been performed until you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full extent of the services provided for in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
We exclusively offer digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium (points balance, subscription allowance). Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun performing the respective contract, after you have
- expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and
- confirmed your knowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
We obtain this consent separately before each purchase, through its own confirmation in the ordering process - not through this notice itself.
